President & Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Snodgrass is the President and Chief Executive Officer of AMSURG, a national leader in ambulatory surgical care with ownership in more than 250 surgery centers in 34 states and the District of Columbia, including medical specialties ranging from gastroenterology to ophthalmology and orthopedics.
Snodgrass was appointed to his current role as President and Chief Executive Officer in November 2023, having previously served as AMSURG’s President from 2020 to 2023. He joined AMSURG from Azura Vascular Care and National Cardiology Partners, where he served as President and CEO, leading the company’s outpatient vascular and cardiology, interventional and surgical business units.
Under his leadership, Azura Vascular Care experienced unprecedented growth and transformed from an office-based outpatient business to an ambulatory surgical care company. Snodgrass also served as the Chief Financial Officer at inVentiv Health and spent more than 17 years at Merck & Co. in several leadership positions in finance and marketing, including Vice President of Finance.
Snodgrass earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Penn State University.
Chief Financial Officer
Sarah Belmont joined AMSURG in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. Belmont has over two decades of broad experience in corporate finance, primarily in senior living and healthcare real estate. Before joining AMSURG, Belmont served as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for Brookdale Senior Living and led a team of professionals in the Advanced Analytics and Financial Planning & Analysis departments. At Brookdale, Belmont additionally held the title of Vice President of Operations, as well as Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for the company’s East Division. Belmont has also served as Vice President and Senior Healthcare Relationship Manager for KeyBank. Belmont earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, also from the University of Pennsylvania.

Strategy & Transformation
Mauricio Camargo joined AMSURG in 2022 and serves as Senior Vice President, Strategy & Transformation. Most recently Mauricio served as SVP of Strategy, Planning & Emergency Services in the rapidly growing Gulf Coast Division for HCA Healthcare. He also has extensive global healthcare consulting experience; prior to HCA he was part of McKinsey & Company’s healthcare practice.
In addition to his degrees in Economics and Physics from Brandeis University, Mauricio holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master of Science in Health Sciences and Technology jointly from MIT and Harvard Medical School.
Chief Information Officer
Robert Cook joined AMSURG in 2021 as Chief Information Officer. Cook brings over two decades of IT experience in the healthcare, oil and gas and pharmaceuticals industries. Most recently, Cook served as Vice President, Information Technology at Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA) in Oklahoma City, OK. While with SCA, he led an enterprise applications team focused on building an empowered and customer-oriented team of IT professionals. Cook received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University as well as an MBA with a concentration in Data Science from the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University.

Health Plan Relations
Tom Golias is the Senior Vice President of Health Plan Relations for AMSURG, one of the nation’s largest ambulatory surgery center operations in the delivery of essential, high-quality care to patients.
Golias has three decades of experience negotiating and implementing complex contracts and developing strategic relationships with healthcare providers. He previously served as Vice President of Enterprise National Contracting for Elevance Health (formally Anthem), in addition to Regional Vice President of Network Development positions with both Cigna and Aetna. Golias also served as Chief Managed Care Officer of Bon Secours Mercy Health, one of the nation’s 20 largest healthcare systems.
Golias earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Planning and Administration from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Health System Management from Rush University.
Senior Vice President
Development
John Lamberth joined AMSURG as Senior Vice President, Development, in 2022. He has extensive experience in strategy and business development leadership roles in the healthcare industry, having most recently served as Vice President, Corporate Development, for Strive Health. His previous experience includes the leadership of business development for three DaVita operating divisions as well as leading strategy and corporate development initiatives for Aetna.
A graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, John received a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Chief Compliance Officer
Paige Reber is the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer for AMSURG, one of the nation’s largest ambulatory surgery center operations in the delivery of essential, high-quality care to patients.
Reber joined AMSURG from Envision Healthcare, where she served as Associate General Counsel, managing the mergers and acquisitions and corporate affairs legal team and supporting Envision and AMSURG leadership in developing corporate strategies and growth plans.
Prior to her time with Envision and AMSURG, Paige was an attorney in the Corporate & Securities group at Bass, Berry & Sims PLC in Nashville.
Reber earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Kentucky and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
Chief Revenue Officer
Dorothy Rubio is the Chief Revenue Officer for AMSURG, one of the nation’s largest ambulatory surgery center operations in the delivery of essential, high-quality care to patients.
Rubio joined AMSURG from Envision Healthcare, where she served as Senior Vice President of Patient Financial Services. Dorothy has over 25 years’ experience working in the healthcare field, with a focus on patient interactions. Before Envision, Dorothy was SVP of Conifer Health Solutions, a leading provider of RCM outsourcing. In addition, Dorothy served for seven years as the enterprise director of business development for Tenet Healthcare.
Dorothy earned an M.B.A. with a certification in Healthcare Administration from the University of Tampa Sykes College of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from Florida State University.

Quality and Clinical Services
Abbey Vandersall, MD, MS, is the Vice President, Quality and Clinical Services for AMSURG, one of the nation’s largest ambulatory surgery center operations in the delivery of essential, high-quality care to patients.
Dr. Vandersall joined AMSURG from the Envision Medical Group team of Envision Healthcare, where she served as Chief of Staff to the President and Chief Medical Officer before being appointed as Vice President of Clinical Strategy and Head of Envision’s Clinician Value Institute. In her role as VP, Clinical Strategy, Dr. Vandersall defined the organization’s near and long-term clinical strategies, translating them into tactical annual priorities, including designing and scaling innovative value-based care pilots, while simultaneously supporting ~25,000 clinicians in her role as Head of Clinician Value.
Prior to her time at Envision, Dr. Vandersall worked at Bain & Company as a consultant where she supported business strategy for companies across multiple industries including healthcare, software and aerospace.
Dr. Vandersall earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Biology and a Master of Science in Nutritional Biochemistry from Columbia University as well as a Doctor of Medicine from The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
